- Live Streaming Only: The camera provides a live video stream processed through Angelcam. Live footage is not recorded or stored by us.
- Timelapse Images: In addition to live streaming, we capture and temporarily store still images from multiple camera preset locations for timelapse viewing. These images are automatically displayed on our website for the current day only and are retained on our server for up to 24 hours before automatic deletion. Timelapse images are used solely for scenic environmental monitoring.
- Third-Party Processing: The live stream is processed and delivered through Angelcam, a third-party streaming service. Angelcam’s privacy policy governs their handling of the video stream.
- Public Spaces: The camera captures views of public areas including rural land, urban areas, and seascape.
- Distance and Resolution: Due to the elevated position and distance, individual faces are not identifiable in the camera footage.

The camera operates at sufficient distance and resolution such that:
- Individual faces are not identifiable
- Vehicle registration plates are not readable
- General movements and activities in the landscape may be observable, but individuals cannot be identified
Your Rights Regarding Camera Footage
As individual faces are not identifiable in our camera footage and no live video footage is recorded or stored by us. Still images for timelapse viewing are retained for up to 24 hours only. The live stream is processed by Angelcam – please refer to their privacy policy for information about their data practices.
